Hi there! My name is Are Baloni. Actually, my real name is Are Åmland. But all my life my nickname has been Baloni... for some reason. I was born in 1998, and live in a beautiful small town in southern Norway called Lyngdal.

I have been making things pretty much my whole life, but since the fall of 2015 I started doing it more seriously and more often. I went to a carpentry school from the fall of 2015 to the spring of 2017, and my plan was to work for a company building houses!

I quickly changed my mind. I realized that I missed freedom and the opportunity to be creative. I looked for a way to make money doing what I love, and when I discovered YouTube, well... I was sold. So I decided to quit school, and started a YouTube-channel, and a business. 

I can´t really say that I´ve "made it" yet. But I am doing what I love, and I am motivated to keep working hard. I´ve got big plans for my channel and for this website!
